Double-column Programmable Vertical Lathes

Product Introduction:

 The worktable and worktable base adopt an integral cast thermosymmetrical structure. The spindle bearing uses high-precision double-row short cylindrical ball bearings, and the worktable guide rail uses constant current hydrostatic guide rails.

 Through finite element analysis calculations, a closed gantry frame structure is implemented to achieve the optimal stress state for the machine tool.

The vertical tool post uses sliding guide rails or constant current hydrostatic guide rails for horizontal movement, and sliding guide rails or roller-sliding composite guide rails for vertical movement. The feed is driven by an AC servo motor and ball screw transmission.

 The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a DC motor, and the required speed of the worktable is achieved through two-speed mechanical transmission.

The CNC system adopts Siemens, Fanuc.

According to user needs, tool magazines, in-machine tool setting devices, automatic workpiece measuring devices, grinding functions, cooling and chip removal devices, and other functional components can be provided.

Complete process solutions are provided to users.

The C52 series, including models C5225-52100, has a machining diameter ranging from 2500mm to 10000mm.

Horizontal Lathe (CDS series)

Product Presentation:

The CDSB/C series  lathes can perform various turning operations, such as turning the internal and external cylindrical surfaces, end faces, and conical surfaces of parts;

lathes with saddles can be used to turn large-diameter or irregularly shaped parts;

Metric or imperial lead screw lathes are available upon request, capable of turning metric, imperial, module, and diametrical pitch threads.Drilling, reaming, and oil groove drawing are also possible;

Horizontal Lathe (CW-E series)

Product Presentation:

The CW-E series horizontal lathe can perform various turning operations, mainly used for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other parts with rotating surfaces. It can perform end face turning, grooving, cutting, drilling, and turning various commonly used metric, imperial, module, and diametral pitch threads. This machine tool is particularly suitable for small-batch production machining workshops and machine repair shops, and can process materials such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.

The main difference between a horizontal lathe and a saddle lathe is that the saddle lathe has a detachable saddle bed, expanding the range of machining diameters, making it very suitable for machining disc-shaped and irregularly shaped parts. Metric, imperial, and various combinations with special functions are available. The dimensional accuracy of parts machined on this machine tool can reach IT7 level, and the surface roughness can reach Ra1.6 level.
