      The whole machine enjoys 12-month warranty starting from the date of acceptance at buyer’s factory. Consumable parts are excluded from free warranty. Damage caused by improper operation, overloading, unauthorized modification, poor working environment shall not be covered by warranty.

      Within Warranty Service

      Free spare parts will be supplied for quality defects during warranty, buyer bears international freight. Free remote troubleshooting, parameter adjustment and alarm guidance are available. On-site service cost shall be negotiated separately.

      Post-warranty Support

      Spare parts available at cost price permanently. Lifetime free remote technical consultation for all customers. Paid services including overhaul, precision recovery and system upgrade can be provided on request.
