Vertical Lathe(CK51-HC turning and milling composite series)

The CK51-HC series single column CNC vertical turning iron composite machinetoolis a new product developed by ourcompany.

The product technology is mature and reliable in performance.

It can complete multiple processes such astuming,drilling, tapping, and reaming with a one-time clamping. It can be grinded grinding wheel, andcan complete side machining with angle milling head.

The worktable spindle is centered radially using high-precision double rical roller bearings, andaxially using high-precision large thrust bearin rolling guides. Alternatively, alternating and alternating rotationcan alsbe used.

The workbench has a indexing function, which can eliminate transmissionarance of the gears when theC-axis fed and transmitted, so that the positioning accuracy ofthe C-axis can reach plus or minus 5 arcseconds.

The worktable is a thermo symmetric structure. The main shaft radialadopts the high-precision adjustable radial dearancedouble row shorcylindrical roller
bearing centring, and the axial hieh-precision thrust bearing is used for rolling guide.Cross rollerbearings can also be used for rail.
