The CKA series CNC lathes are horizontal CNC lathes with a flat bed controlled by both longitudinal (Z) and transverse (X) axes.

They can automatically complete cutting operations on various shaft and disc parts, including internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, and chamfering.

They can also perform turning operations on metric straight threads, end face threads, and imperial straight and tapered threads. Suitable for the production of diverse, small-batch products, they demonstrate superior performance on complex, high-precision parts.

Machining Range:

Bed rotation diameter from 400mm to 800mm, workpiece length from 750mm to 5000mm, with custom length options available.

Horizontal Lathe(Slant Bed DL-M series )

The DL-M series slant bed CNC lathe is a CNC lathe developed and manufactured by our company, possessing internationally advanced technology.

The main machine bed is integrally cast, with a 45° inclined layout of the bed guideways, providing high rigidity.

The control system adopts the Japanese FANUC 0i-TFPLUS system (or other high-quality domestic and international systems) and AC servo drive, ensuring convenient operation and reliable performance.

It can perform various turning, drilling, and milling operations on shaft and disc-shaped parts. This machine tool is widely used in the processing of shaft and disc-shaped parts in industries such as automotive parts, molds, bearings, and coal mining machinery manufacturing. Parts can automatically complete multiple processes such as turning, boring, drilling, reaming, and boring in a single clamping. Features include a 45° inclined bed guideway layout, a high-rigidity 12-position turret, high-capacity and high-rigidity sliding guideways, and a modular design with multiple configuration options.
