Boring Machine(TK 61 Series)

Fully CNC-Controlled

The main drive utilizes an AC variable-speed motor, providing stepless speed regulation across high and low ranges, along with a spindle orientation and braking function. Each major feed axis is driven by an independent AC servo motor coupled to a ball screw transmission. The machine tool’s major structural components are designed based on the architecture of high-end CNC machine tools, offering potential for future functional expansion.

The X, Y, and Z axes employ Spanish FAGOR linear encoders for closed-loop control, ensuring stable and reliable precision. The system utilizes a mainstream imported CNC controller, featuring advanced functions such as 4-axis simultaneous interpolation.

Model A — With Fixed Facing Head

Boring Machine(TPX Series)

The TPX series horizontal milling and boring machines are baased on a classic design, suitable for rough and finished boring, capable of  milling large and box type components.

They excel at inner holdboringcylindrical turning and grooving by radial feed of facing plate.A 4×90 optical positioning device allows for machining accuracy whenturning large pieces.

The precision digital read out measurement systems ensures accuracy of coordinates and lineation.

Planing Table Boring Machine

The machine tool is of T-shape layout, single column and lateeralsuspension headstock structure. The workbench and slidee carriage move along transverse bed
guiderail (X-axis coordinate), the column is fixed on slide carriage and mg longitudinal bed guiderail (Z-axis coordinate), headstock moves vertical
column guiderail (Y-axis coordinate); the product is of T-shape bed layouit. CNC workbench features 360° rotation (B coordinate), and spindle(boringshaft) moves in milling shaft (W-axis coordinate).
X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis adopt integralsteelguiderail. The hardness after quenching and finish machining can reach HRC60 = 2.The guiderail and
polytetrafluoroethylene sheet form guiderail pair in frontal direction, anthe lateral direction is roller guide. The product features high accuracy,nall friction and
high accuracy maintenance. The circular guiderail of workbench rotationadopts casting iron-polytetrafluoroethylene guiderail pair. The product isinstalled with
imported thrust bearing to release load,adopts double-wornn mechanism to eliminate clearance, and features stable motion and high positioning accuracy.
