Gear Grinding Machine
Features:
Employs continuous generating grinding, similar to gear hobbing, suitable for high-efficiency, high-precision grinding of large batches of gears. The main machine adopts a high-rigidity, thermally symmetrical, and modular design. The machine tool features precision, high efficiency, strong rigidity, stability, reliability, comprehensive software functions, and simple operation.
The machine tool adopts a vertical layout, mainly consisting of the main machine, electrical cabinet, oil mist extraction device, hydraulic system, and cooling system. It is equipped with a FANUC31iB CNC system, featuring seven-axis control and five-axis linkage: four linear axes (X, Y, Z, X1), three rotary axes (A, B, C), and the grinding wheel dressing axis (B1). (Axes B, C, X, Y, and Z are linked axes.)
The machine tool can be used for gear parts processing in the automotive, reducer, and intelligent robot industries.

Gear Milling Machine
The YK27 series CNC straight bevel gear double-cutter milling machine is another new product developed by our company based on our professional technical experience in producing straight bevel gear and spiral bevel gear machines.
It is particularly suitable for machining gears with a drum-shaped tooth profile, used for roughing and finishing straight bevel gears. It boasts high processing efficiency, approximately 3-5 times higher than a gear planer of the same specifications, and low noise. The machine tool achieves GB 6 level machining accuracy.
This machine tool is suitable for machining gearboxes, reducers, and precision transmission gears with straight bevel gear drives, as well as rear axle half-shaft gears for high-end automobiles. It is suitable for single-piece, small-batch, or mass production.
Gear Milling Machine YK22 Series
The accuracy of the workpiece processed by the machine tool can reach GB grade 6-7.
The YKH model is a 4-axis CNC machine tool with convenient adjustment. It can program the hobbing, gear dividing, infeed, and cutter speed according to the requirements of different cutting methods, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of small-module bevel gears.
