Gear Milling Machine YK22 Series

The YK22 series of machine tools has a wide application scope, covering the basic requirements for bevel gear processing in various domestic industries. The accuracy of the workpiece processed by the machine tool can reach GB grade 6-7.

The YKH model is a 4-axis CNC machine tool with convenient adjustment. It can program the hobbing, gear dividing, infeed, and cutter speed according to the requirements of different cutting methods, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of small-module bevel gears.

The YK model is a 3-axis CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine. It adopts the traditional and classic cradle-type structure, which provides extremely high structural rigidity and transmission rigidity, ensuring stable machine accuracy and a long service life.

Equipped with full protection, an automatic chip remover, and an independently sealed electrical control cabinet.

Gear Planing Machine

The YK23 Series CNC straight bevel gear planing machine is a product developed by our company based on our professional technical experience in producing straight bevel gear machine tools and spiral bevel gear machine tools.

The machine tool is suitable for machining high-precision straight bevel gears, and is applicable to precision straight bevel gears in industries such as precision instruments and meters. It is suitable for batch or small-batch production, is easy to operate, stable and reliable, and achieves a cutting accuracy of GB6 level.

Horizontal Lathe (CW-E series)

Product Presentation:

The CW-E series horizontal lathe can perform various turning operations, mainly used for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other parts with rotating surfaces. It can perform end face turning, grooving, cutting, drilling, and turning various commonly used metric, imperial, module, and diametral pitch threads. This machine tool is particularly suitable for small-batch production machining workshops and machine repair shops, and can process materials such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.

The main difference between a horizontal lathe and a saddle lathe is that the saddle lathe has a detachable saddle bed, expanding the range of machining diameters, making it very suitable for machining disc-shaped and irregularly shaped parts.
