Gear Milling Machine YK22 Series
The YK22 series of machine tools has a wide application scope, covering the basic requirements for bevel gear processing in various domestic industries. The YKH model is a 4-axis CNC machine tool with convenient adjustment. It can program the hobbing, gear dividing, infeed, and cutter speed according to the requirements of different cutting methods, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of small-module bevel gears.
The YK model is a 3-axis CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine. It adopts the traditional and classic cradle-type structure, which provides extremely high structural rigidity and transmission rigidity, ensuring stable machine accuracy and a long service life.
Equipped with full protection, an automatic chip remover, and an independently sealed electrical control cabinet.
