Vertical Lathe（CK51-H high speed series）

The CK51-H series CNC high-speed vertical lathe is suitable for cuttiing tools such as hard alloys and ceramics. Itperforms rough, semi preccision, and precision machining on the inner and outer circular surfaces,circular dimensionssend faces, grooves, threads, and rotary surfaces of black metal,non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic parts.

The main transmission is driven by an AC spindle servo motorr, with two speed changes. The high-speed rotatingworkpiece issubjected to static and dynamic balance, and high-precision transmission gears and gear grindingtechnologyare used to achieve high transmission efciency, low noise, and reliable antable operation at high speeds.

 The column is a thermally symmetrical structure, which is installed on ase of the workbench. The lifing ofthe crossbeam has a graded positioning Inction, with hydraulic locking and accurate positioning.

The spindle adonts high-precision adiustable radial clearance double rot cvlindrical roller bearings forcentering, and high-precision large thrus bearings are used as rolling guides in the axial direction. Cross rollingbpearings can also be used.
